Rejected payment

I'm trying to request a payment from someone but it just says that there's something wrong with my account. And when the person tries to pay me it says I don't accept payments even though in my account it says I do. What could the problem be?

I am sorry about your issue. Have you checked your Resolution Center for any unresolved issue? If not, I would suggest you check it.
