Regarding receiving payment

There's an app that sends money to PayPal on completion of tasks. So I requested for withdrawal and they emailed me that they can't send payment to my PayPal (I gave them my PayPal email id for receiving funds) because I have enabled some website payment option for my account. I have checked my account and found out that I have only enabled PayPal.me link feature for my account. So if I have enabled this feature then no one can send me money using my PayPal email? To receive money using PayPal email do I need to turn PayPal.me link feature off? Please help me. No. Has nothing to do with the paypal.me link.

Yeah I think so because I added my bank account to PayPal and also confirmed it when I received small bits of payment as verification from PayPal. Is there anyway to check if I have verified all?
