My friend sent me money through paysafe card to my PayPal which I accidentally refused instead of accepted. He says the transaction shows as refunded but he doesn’t have the money on his PayPal balance. Is this normal? And if so how long will it take for money to show up in his account so he can re-send the money.

It typically takes 3-5 business days for refunds to credit back to the card so he may not see it right away, but the refunded amount should be available on his card soon.
