2 separate refunds have taken place and both say complete but yet the money has not been returned. I can clearly see the payment taken from my yorkshire bank account but nothing returned. My account is set up with direct bank access not payment via debit card. The first refund was issued on 11th May and the second on the 13th. I have tried messaging PayPal but got no response yet.
