Hello, I need to make a refund.
There has been a mistake. One of the memebers of my family with a paypal account in Mexico tried to make a deposit to my account (I am not a seller) This deposit was made because of an Item I need to by on e-bay and my mother was lending the money to me.
The system took the deposit as if I had sold an article to my mother and took out a fee of 25 Euros, now I do not have the complete amount of money and the money will be on hold for 21 one days (which is too long for making the paymant to e-bay).
I am new in the community, and I don´t know how to solve this issue.
I would like to make a complete refund to my mother (incluiding the fee the system took away of the deposit).
