Refunds

I paid someone for a concert ticket with my debit Visa and paypal converted it from my Canadian dollars to USD for the person I paid to. The person I sent the money to ended up completely refunding it without giving reason and I have the confirmation receipt for it on my paypal account. I want to know where it will be refunded to. Will it be refunded to my paypal account or back to my debit visa bank account?

Back to the debit card. Will take a week, up to 30 days depending on your card/bank.
