Refunds.

I would like someone to help me understand this. I pay for something. The money is taken immediately from my credit card or bank account. I don't receive said purchased item for a few days. So I ask for a refund. I see my PayPal account gets a refund, but then I find out it will be 3 to 5 days till I can get that said refund. Anyone see anything not fair about that picture? Why does it take so long for them to return my money, when my money goes immediately?

Whining a little bit. Sorry. But really do want an answer 🙂

Don't worry mate. I've been waitin weeks to receive my refund. I'm going to close the account once it's all sorted. It's an absolute nightmare!
