Refunds

My buyer wants a refund and I have agreed.  I have gone through the request return route and issued a refund.  However, as I have no monies at the moment in my PayPal balance how do I pay this refund.  Does PayPal take it from my Bank Account?

Yes, if you have no funds in your paypal balance, paypal will take it from any linked bank account.

Thank you for your reply.  I e-mailed PayPal to ask this question and they just sent me an e-mail telling me hnow to issue a refund.

Once Paypal have received the money from your bank account is the refund done instantly?

If not how long does it take?
