I am due a refund, I was unaware my old debit card was no longer valid, it took me a week or so before I added a new debit card.
Would this affect the refund process? If it does, how can I rectify the issue?
Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Refunds go back to the card they came from, as long as that card was linked to your present bank account then any refund should go through ok.
Advice is voluntary.

I'm now going to harass & annoy C.E.X. UK LTD as they promised it would only take 2 hours for my refund to be processed: a week ago
I need to get my whinge on! Although it feels like I've already started!
