I have been refunded 3 amounts by PayPal. The £30 cleared the debt of what someone stole, but the £70 says it is completed yet hasn't turned up in my account, the £60 hasn't been mentioned see they said it was refunded. I don't know what to do because that money was needed and I can't get info out of anyone about this. If the £70 is completed, then surely it should be in my PayPal account? Or have PayPal conned me?
Why accuse someone of scamming just because you are ignorant of the facts?
If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
