Sent an item back, seller said 14 day refund policy seller has acknowledged item has been received, it has now been 30 days since they acknowledged receipt of goods returned, I have emailed them 5 times and they have not replied to one email, what do I do now?

You can view the status of your refund in your Activity.
To view the latest status:
Go to Activity.
Click Advanced search to see the drop down menu.
Select Refunds.
If needed, select the desired date range to see your refund.
Click the refunded transaction to view the details.
If the refund is not processed yet by the merchant you can open a dispute if you received something that doesn’t match the seller’s description. I've found this article that may help:
