Refunds

Hi, can you please advise, when receiving a refund it's going straight into my bank account, I don't want this I want my refunds to stay in my PayPal account, if anyone can help I would be very grateful, PayPal have no idea I 've emailed a few times but all I get back is a standard reply about fees and payments, thanks

Sorry, if your payment came from your bank account, it will be refunded to that bank account. No option to refund it to your PayPal account. Refunds generally go back to the original payment method.
