Refunds

I am trying to refund to my customer, but if I recently transfer Paypal Balance to our business bank account. 

So, the refund amount is bigger than the Paypal balance amount.

Can I just issue a refund? (will be be automatically deducted from our bank account?)

Or should I add money back to Paypal in order to issue the refund?
