How long does a refund from a family take to be back in my account

That would depends on how you funded the original payment / how long after paying a refund was issued / whether its pending or completed / how they funded the refund made to you.

Tx for the reply, from my bank account. It says completed but no money yet in my bank

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that varies country to country.
