When you receive a refund does it sit there waiting for you to do something, or is it automatically put back to the card I used to pay?

Hi @LynE55, 

Apologies for the delay. If you have been refunded and the original payment was made with a card then don't worry the funds would be directed back to the card. A refund can take up to 30 days to show on your card statement but usually, you will see the amount crediting within 7 working days.
