Hello, I wanna ask if anyones met this issues before. Recently, I’ve made a refund from a seller, it was like one month more or less ago but until today I still haven’t receive the refund. The current status it’s showing me is ‘we’re reviewing ur information’ and it stucked there for a very long time. I saw few cases about refunds says that if the seller’s bank don’t have sufficient amount or waiting for them to approve the amount of refund then the process will continue. What if the seller don’t wanna make the refund? Will I still get back my refund? Because the seller is not even replying me, if anyone can help I’ll appreciate alot, I’ve been waiting for too long time already.
