Sorry, but PayPal has edited my question so I must ask it again. I need to be absolutely clear on this refund policy. If I'm issuing a refund to someone who has paid $320, how much do they receive back? Is it $312.66 because this is the amount we would have originally received. Or is it $312.96? Or is it $320? Thank you!

If you issue a full refund then the buyer gets the total amount that they paid.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank you @kernowlass! And I apologize for the duplicate post but PayPal edited out my dollar figures (thinking it was a phone number for some reason) so I wanted to re-do. Thank you for your prompt reply. 🙂
