I have a seller who wishes to return an item as he believes it is not as described despite numerous photos showing the manufacturing flaws. I have agreed to a return but, despite over 10 years of selling on Ebay, this is my first return so I wasn’t sure what to do! I clicked onto Send own postage label but failed to realise it should be a pre-paid return label! I just sent my address details! Now I want to refund him the cost of the return postage but the transaction is on hold! Help!!!
