I set up a pool for a collection for a bereaved colleague. Someone has sent money to it from their Paypal business account by mistake and I need to refund it so they can send from their personal account. I can't see how to send the refund, can anyone help me please?

How do I refund Money Pool contributors?
- Go to Send and Request Money.
- Enter the recipient's name, email or number and click Next.
- Click Sending to a friend.
- Enter the amount and click Continue.
- Review the information and click Send money now.
Because the money is sent from your balance, neither of you will pay a fee. Please note that it’s your responsibility to coordinate and resolve disputes with contributors and PayPal does not arbitrate these disputes.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

But that’s just sending money. Not refunding the initial payment that they paid a fee on.
