I issued a refund and PayPal sent the money to my bank card. Problem is my bank card is not linked to my PayPal because they don’t support my bank. So currently the money isn’t visible in any accounts and I cannot talk to a representative from PayPal. Is there any way around this? Seems like my money is gone at this point
