I was sent a payment from someone In the US. Its being helg in pending, ive tried to issue a refund but it says I dont have available funds? It's sat right there in the pending section. I accepted it and converted it to gbp but it won't let me issue a refund. I need to be able e to access this money to make her items as they are made to order!
