I have been auctioning a number of items. Two of my buyers selected to pay by Paypal, even though I had specified cash on collection only.
I have discussed this with the buyers and agreed to refund the Paypal transactions in each case, and they would bring cash on collection. I have issued one refund.
The other PayPal transaction shows a payment status of 'Payment Received', but is listed under 'Pending' payments.
I want to issue a refund, but am concerned that if I select 'Refund this Payment', this may charge me for a refund into the buyer's bank account, but I may also never see the original 'Pending' payment in my bank account. Is this a risk?
