Hi! I sent a family payment to an individual in China from Australia (AUD). Is it possible to get full refund back as the individual is unable to use the money?

Hi there @sadowllcat,
Welcome to PayPal's Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear your receiver is having some issues using the funds in their account. If they are able to refund the transaction, they'll see the option to do so in their Transaction Details. They can find more information about Refunds here: How do I issue a full or partial refund?
Since it sounds like you sent it as a Friends & Family transaction, unfortunately the option to open a dispute would not normally be available. I'd recommend continuing to work the receiver to get the funds back.
Good luck!
