Refunded money

Hello All, I had a purchase refunded, does the refunded money stay with PayPal or return to my credit card account?

At the moment it shows up in my Paypal account.

Are the funds actually showing in your paypal account balance?

Only if so that is odd and may be because the seller 'sent' the refund rather than using the 'refund' option.

Refunds to credit cards normally automatically go back to credit cards and not to a balance.

If its in your balance then you can withdraw it again.
