Hi all,
My paypal suddenly refunded money from my paypal balance to my bank yesterday.
Firstly, it never arrived into my bank.
Secondly, it stated it was a refund from 28th of March 2021, when I looked into my bank account history from March, I did not receive such refund from Paypal at that date.
Thirdly, when I try to open a dispute, it will not let me.
Trying to contact an agent via "messaging" and it just keeps saying try again at business hours.
Would anybody please help me understand what is going on?
