I purchased concert tickets via one of my contacts. I have sent her the money, she said that Paypal has put it on hold, she refunded the amount. I paid again to her friend's Paypal, they got the money, I got the concert tickets. She says she refunded the payment on hold, but I still did not get my money back (7 days already). She won't show me her transaction history. What can I do? When will I get my money back?
