A case was opened against me and we agreed on a partial refund
i did not have the funds in my account at one time so it was pending for ages
I refunded the buyer through PayPal myself, and the buyer confirmed this to paypal
Paypal took the money out again and they aren’t responding to myself or the buyer
what do I do my Account is in negative balance but I am not refunding again of course
i have reopened the cAse with evidence and stuff but they are taking ages to resolve and I need it done before christmas
