Hey, so I got refunded. The transaction is visible, my credit card is valid so is my Gmail. But the money isn't on my account. It says refunded 86 euros. Any help would be great!
If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller with a card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that depends a lot on what country you are in.

How is that so? When you pay with paypal, the seller receives the money instantly. It says the transaction has been completed, but I don't even see it in my bank account. I only see my own transaction there that I paid the seller. No transaction of refund or nothing. It just says completed on PayPal, no balance there. PS I'm from Sweden and paid a Swiss company.
