Refunded amount still not credited into credit card

I have made payment to myself from credit card using PayPal link but amount gets deleted from credit card but credited in my bank instead its saying refunded to credit card but still it's not refunded and it's been now 30 day cross

You're not supposed to pay yourself with your credit card at all, just so you know. Follow the rules/procedures of your card to take out cash advances. They typically let you withdraw cash from credit card at ATM. PayPal doesn't allow you extract funds from cards, its against the user agreement. The transaction will reverse itself as you experienced.

Now the amount is charged to your credit card and supposed to go into your bank account? But it was refunded back on the credit card...where does it say it was refunded? On PayPal, credit card, or both?

Contact both your credit card and PayPal customer service to see if either can trace the refund.

The refund was mentioned on the activity but the refund has not yet credited and at the first sight it should not be deducted from credit card but it was based on the credit card statement. Can you verify does it return back to the credit card which was not yet notified?
