Refunded Money

 I got money refunded from ebay.com, but my PayPal balance is zero and I cannot withdraw funds.

 Could someone help, please,

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or card. It would only go back to your balance if you paid directly from that balance.

Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that varies country to country.
