Refunded Funds Are Still In My Account, Have Not Transfered Back to Buyer

Hello! I'm a digital freelance artist and primarily use PayPal invoices to conplete transactions. My costs are USD but I made the mistake of sending it with the default CAD currency so I informed my client I would refund the payment to send the correct currency. Everything was paid with USD but I still have the CAD funds in my account despite the fact that PayPal says it's been refunded. They had received an email from PayPal that the refund is in their account but there are no changes either. It's been well over a week and I don't want them to wait any longer.
