Refund

hi

i made a payment on Indiegogo for a product and now they are asking me for my Paypal account to make a refund

They were adament about not returning it to via Indiegogo

I am wondering if anyone has received such a request and if its safe to provide my account

As long as its within 180 days then all they need to do is click on your transaction in their paypal account and use the refund option at the bottom of that details page.
