How do I issue a refund for a transaction which is more than a year old? It is a covid related cancellation.

You can't use the refund option after 180 days so normally i suggest using the friends/family option instead IF available in your country.

However if that option is not available then you may have to send it as a goods/services payment but the receiver will have to lose the fee.
