Hi I opened a refund issue. Will I get answer from paypal?

Not sure what you are talking about, do you mean you opened a paypal dispute?
If so then that is for communication between you and your seller, paypal don't get involved until you escalate to a claim.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
