i would like to ask why i have 3 refunds still on hold ad how we can make it faster to credit back to my account

1- 211.18 usd on 24 feb

2- 67.38 usd on 28 feb

3- 78.95 usd on 2 mar

Until now I didn’t get any reply and i just discovered that all my payments duplicated i have to pay twice many orders are canceled cause of that and I didn’t receive the money back yet
