Hello. I made a payment with a bank card in Azerbaijan, but did not receive a service. So, I applied for refund and the case was decided in my favor, and said that I will get refund within 30 days to the card that I paid with. But, Paypal is not available in Azerbaijan, a person in Azerbaijan can send money via Paypal, but did not receive. So, my question is how will I receive the refund?
