Hi I made a purchase which I later found out was out of stock and unavailable to deliver to my location so I cancelled the order. It says on my activity I've been refunded for it but on my PayPal credit it is still taking money from my bank and paying it off. Please advise how I can fix this. This is very confusing as there is no1 to talk with to resolve the matter
