I ordered an item from OnBuy.com on 12 November 2020 for £11.55. They could not complete the transaction and therefore cancelled it. They e-mailed me on 17 November 2020 to say they had refunded my £11.55 via my payment method, which was PayPal on my Barclaycard. I have not received this refund on my Barclaycard statement. I have sent an e-mail today to OnBuy requesting a refund. I have telephoned Barclaycard to confirm that there is no trace of a refund being issued.
Can you please refund the amount of £11.55 to my account?
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
