Unauthorized payment was made to me and I was requested to give a refund when I refunded the payment the account was $6 less than what the payment was to me so PayPal is requested at a check from my bank but my bank has no money down my PayPal account has been shut down permanently there's $193 in my account and I needed to go back to the payer they sent me the $200 that is having issues getting their unauthorized payment back how can I get my customer their money back since my PayPal account is closed permanently and is constantly the refund status is always in pending pending pending and it is it in my customer needs their money what do I do
