What address do I give a merchant so they can issue a refund?

If its within 180 days of you paying then they do not need any information.

All they have to do is click on your transaction in their paypal account and then click the refund option at the bottom of that details page.

Then the refund will automatically go back to the funding source you used to pay in the first instance.
