I am wanting a refund for a payment that was made to a company that I subscribed to but I didn’t realise that it was set to automatic The company has just taken out another payment for the next year but I no longer want to subscribe to them can I get a refund or cancel the payment

Thank you for raising your concern through our community forum.

If the payment has already been completed, you can request a refund from the seller.

And for the future reoccuring payments that may be processed, provided your billing agreement with them is still active, you can cancel it with the following steps:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Payments.
3. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
4. Select the merchant's name or email address.
5. Click Cancel.
