I received a notification with regards to a refund for a payment i made om the 21st December 2019, i havent received any correspondence from the seller to say she never got payment, why has it been refunded with no further information
Perhaps seller wasn't able to claim payment in over 30 days and didn't bother to contact you about it and so it was automatically refunded? Maybe they couldn't Accept/Claim the Money for some reason. Ask the seller for clarification.
