I got refunded by Uber but when I had pay Uber I used a mixture of PayPal and my linked debit card. When I got refunded the blue payment I was supposed to get my PayPal account never showed but the payment can I Link Card shut up. My activity on PayPal shows that the refund is complete but my balance is still 0. So I basically partially refunded?
