Refund

IM trying to get a refund but they keep saying it's authorized. Clearly I don't even use this account how do I get them to say yes to my refund..

If you filed a dispute for unauthorised then you are telling paypal that your account was hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction.

Paypal will check IP addresses and devices and if they agree then they will compensate you.
