Today I received an Email that Pay Pal had send a 3yr. payment to Sing Snap. This is a Company that I forgot about due to health reasons and have not used it for sometime. Actually I have not been able to use it and forgot that I was on the automatic payment plan. I tried to contact Sing Snap and ask for a refund, but cannot reach anyone anyway that I tried. The website states to contact Pay Pal if that is the way payments are made. I am 83 years of age and my memory is not what it should be due to health reasons, and find these kinds of things very confusing. I have cancelled my subscription with Sing Snap and would like to get my 123.84 US. back. That is the amount that came out of my bank account.
You would not be able to raise a paypal dispute as you did authorise the payment as it was in your subscriptions so does not come under buyer protection for a refund.
