What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent or Payment.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.

If its pending / unclaimed with a cancel option then you can cancel it.

If its pending / unclaimed withOUT a cancel option then it will time out 30 days post payment.

If it completes or is claimed in the meantime then you may have to open a dispute for non receipt of item (as that person would have nothing to send you).

If for some reason the order/authorization isn't canceled after the 30 days, you can always reach out to our customer service team and they can assist with this.
