Iam recently booked a hotel with paypal and cancelled..But in that paypal My Debit card was blocked how can i get refund ??

If your debit card ACCOUNT is still open then the refund should still go through ok.

That debit card is blocked permanently... Where will refunded money

Contact your debit card to see what they do when a card is permanently blocked and is receiving a refund but if it can't go back, it may be credited to your PayPal account instead.
