Dear PayPal customer service,
I've an open case on Ebay. I have bought an Fjallraven Foldsack No.1 Backpack Laptop" (item no#312297387204) and I asked a full refund, because I did not get the item, because the seller is not a registered member any more on Ebay.
I have paid the item with my credit card and a guest PayPal account was created for me so that I can claim my refund via PayPal. I said to Ebay that I have a PayPal account but they ask me to contact with you and confirm my guest PayPal account. The transaction ID is: 0UH722297T0957925.
Could you please help me what else I need to do?
