At the time I did not have PayPal account but only way to pay for an electronic was with my Visa through his PayPal payment page.. the item is not what I ordered and it does not work am I still eligible to get the refund through PayPal since they facilitated the payment or who do I need tocontact .. I'm not ok with doing the repairs myself on a new item as suggested by the merchant
