I opened a dispute when the item was not as described, the seller responded by telling me where to post the item back to, they would then refund me. I did this and have proof of posting but then PayPal shut the dispute before I got my refund. Now the seller won’t respond. What can I do please?

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim?

Did paypal find in your favour?

Did you send the item back trackable?

Did you give paypal the tracking number?

Does the tracking number show delivery of the item back to the seller?
